All prints exist in finished, limited edition form and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Here is everything you need to know before and after your purchase.
Shipping
Processing & Dispatch
Prints ship from existing inventory. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your print will be dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it leaves.
Carriers & Shipping Options
I ship via USPS and UPS. At checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options for your location — including carrier, estimated speed, and cost — so you can choose what works best for you. All shipments include tracking.
How Prints Are Packaged
Every print is wrapped to protect against moisture and debris, then secured inside a rigid triangular tube engineered to withstand the rigors of transit. This packaging is chosen specifically to keep fine art prints safe and flat from the moment they leave until they reach you.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping option you select at checkout. All domestic shipments are tracked and you will receive updates via your confirmation email.
International Shipping
I ship worldwide. Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
- Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–21 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal conditions, or carrier delays outside my control.
Important: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or taxes charged upon delivery. These are not included in the purchase price and are non-refundable. Please check your country's import regulations before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact me at [email protected].
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact me at [email protected] and I will work with you to find a resolution.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final
Because each print is a limited edition fine art piece produced in a finite quantity, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than damage or a verified production defect.
Please review all print dimensions, edition details, and product information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific print before buying, reach out at [email protected] — I am happy to help before the sale.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, email me at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Your message must include all three of the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damage or defect
- A photograph of the packaging as it arrived
Claims submitted after 7 days, or without all required photographs, cannot be processed. Please do not discard the packaging or the print before contacting me — this documentation is required to assess the claim.
If your claim is approved, the print must be shipped back to me before a replacement or refund can be processed. I will provide a return shipping label or instructions. Once I receive and inspect the damaged print, I will arrange a replacement print where the edition allows, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs, at my discretion.
