These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ezrawithacamera.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Site

ezrawithacamera.com is operated by Ezra Fuller, an independent fine art photographer based in New Jersey. The Site sells limited edition fine art photography prints produced and signed by the artist.

2. Limited Edition Prints

All prints sold through this Site are limited editions. By purchasing a print, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Each edition is produced in a finite numbered quantity. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted in that edition.
• Prints are signed and numbered by the artist at the time of production.
• Edition numbers, release year, and print specifications are listed on each product page and constitute part of the product description.
• Photographs, print specifications, and edition details are made in good faith and are accurate to the best of my knowledge at the time of listing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. I accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is accurate.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. I reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, or other exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

Prints are shipped from the United States. Shipping timelines and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside my control.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in the purchase price and are not refundable.

Prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. In the event that your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

All prints listed on this site are produced in advance and held as finished inventory. Orders ship from existing stock rather than being produced after purchase. Because each print is a limited edition fine art item, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect.

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs documenting the issue. I will assess the situation and, at my discretion, offer a replacement print (subject to availability) or a full refund.

I am not able to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with color rendering on a specific monitor or display.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, and written content on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Ezra Fuller and are protected by United States and international copyright law.

Purchasing a print grants you the right to display that print privately in your home or office. It does not transfer copyright or grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, or commercially exploit the image in any form without my prior written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction of any image from this Site — including downloading and reprinting, using images in commercial projects, or creating derivative works — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Certificates of Authenticity

Select prints include a certificate of authenticity documenting the edition number, print specifications, and artist signature. Where included, this is noted on the product page. Certificates are non-transferable and are provided for the benefit of the original purchaser.

8. Accuracy of Product Information

I make every effort to accurately describe and photograph prints on this Site. However, colors may appear differently on different screens due to monitor calibration and display settings. I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the physical print.

9. Mailing List

By joining the mailing list, you consent to receive occasional emails about new print releases and artist updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. I do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezra Fuller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of prints. My total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
